CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

Cancellation Policy – If you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposits are refundable minus a $10.00 CC transaction fee. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. Deposits are 25% of the reservation total or $25.00 if the reservation is less than $100.00.  Same day cancellations will lose the deposit or first night, whichever is greater. No shows will be charged in full without the possibility of a refund.

*No refunds once a guest is checked in.

*No refunds will be given within 30 days of arrival for special events, holidays, or reservations of 14 days or longer. 


RATES $10.00 HIGHER FOR SPECIAL EVENTS AND HOLIDAYS

All sites have side parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles, parking and dry storage must be approved by park management. Additional fees apply.
